Cannoli without all the fuss.
Ingredients
- 12 12 waffle or sugar cones
 
- 1/3 c. melted chocolate
 
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
 
- 1/2 c. whole milk ricotta
 
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
 
- 3/4 c. powdered sugar
 
- 2 c. heavy cream
 
- 1 c. mini chocolate chips
 
 
 
 
Directions

- Step 1
Dip the top of each cone in melted chocolate. Stand the cones upright in tall shot glasses while the chocolate sets.
 
- Step 2In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, ricotta, powdered sugar and cinnamon until smooth.
 
- Step 3Gradually add heavy cream and beat until light and fluffy. Fold in mini chocolate chips. Transfer mixture into a piping bag and pipe into cones.
